Meditation and Modern Buddhism

Through meditation, we can learn to make our mind peaceful and happy all the time and thereby become permanently free from negative emotions. There is no better method for tackling negative emotions at their root, no quicker method for experiencing inner peace, and no surer way of developing stable and lasting happiness.

In each class, we will explore a particular way in which we can apply the ancient teachings of Buddha to busy, modern life, and practically use these teachings to solve our daily problems – such as stress, anxiety and depression – and make ourself and others happy all the time. The classes are suitable for complete beginners and experienced meditators alike. Everybody welcome!
