Sat 3 Feb | How to Stop Overthinking | 10.30am – 1.30pm
Slow down your mind and find inner peace. By learning to address overthinking we can both find greater happiness and open doors to our spiritual progress.
Over thinking can tie us up in knots and bring us down. This morning meditation workshop will help those of us who find ourselves sometimes stuck in repetitive, negative and unhelpful thought patterns. By drawing upon the wisdom of Buddhist teachings we can learn practical tools for managing our thoughts and making our mind more calm and peaceful.
Everyone is welcome.
