If we want to be happy all the time, regardless of external circumstances, this depends on cultivating inner peace. Wishing for inner peace alone is not enough. We need to train in proven methods that overcome negative thoughts and replace them with positive ones. This course will teach you how to do exactly that, allowing you to feel positive and optimistic.
