In this 4-week course, discover the 3 essential components of the Buddhist path: freeing yourself from stress and dissatisfaction, opening your heart to others, and seeing reality as it is. Through practical teachings and guided meditations, you’ll learn the basics for letting go of inner struggles, cultivating genuine loving-kindness, and developing a wisdom that leads to lasting peace.
