Four Week Course Starting 7 June

We all have habits that seem hard to break, and unfortunately some of these also make us unhappy or harm our health. Instead of pushing or struggling with ourselves, trying to change through willpower alone, Buddha’s insightful advice enables us to make real, sustained, and smooth change from the inside out using our wisdom. This way, we can more effortlessly experience deeper joy and fulfillment ourselves and share this with others.

Week 1 – June 7: Forget willpower, try wisdom
Week 2 – June 14: Dealing with discontent
Week 3 – June 21: Dealing with selfishness
Week 4 – June 28: Dealing with confusion
